Teambuilding
options for Boardroom, Beach, Boat or Boma...
Zinkwazi is the ideal venue for team building. We specialize
in hosting small and intimate workshops, seminars and
conferences. We cater for full board, special functions
and events. Set in the subtropical forest, on the magnificent
lagoon and surrounded by birds, there are no outside facilities
to distract delegates. Special events can be organized
to facilitate the tropical 'bush' experience, e.g. sundowner
cruises on the lagoon, canoe trails, beach or forest hikes,
bird watching trails, marine excursions to see the wildlife,
game fishing trips, also 'on location' talks about beach
ecology or battlefields. More specialized and daring adventures
such as 'paintball' and similar team building activities
can also be arranged.
Venues
The main CONFERENCE ROOM comfortably caters for up to
40 delegates 'class room style', but other configurations
can easily be arranged. There is an adjoining BOARD ROOM
suitable for up to 16 delegates around one table.
The
chalet lounges with their covered patios are ideal as
BREAKAWAY ROOMS for up to 10 delegates each.
For informal get-togethers there is also an OPEN SIDED
HALL overlooking the pool area, suitable for up to 40
delegates.
Our venues can be equipped with flip chart, VCR and monitor.
Other requirements can be arranged.
Catering
All catering is arranged by the on-site RAFFIA
RESTAURANT, which serves a la carte, but also does
set menus, function dinners, outside braais, and function
cruises on the lagoon. Individual requirements can be
arranged. The Raffia also runs the ISIFONYA PUB &
SUNDECK, a conducive place for delegates to get to know
each other. The BOMA IN THE JUNGLE is the ideal venue
for intimate group dinners and building team spirit.
